Good Service and air fix

Tim and his team did a phenomenal installation of my new 5-ton heat pump/condenser and air handler. A few weeks ago, Tim serviced my 12-year-old heat pump and discovered the evaporator was leaking internally. After he estimated the repair cost, I was tired of it nickel and diming me and decided to replace the system. He does not attempt to upsell and thoroughly explained the differences and similarities between the prominent and lesser-known manufacturers. With R-410A being phased out, my choices were now R-32 and R-454B. I did my research and went with a Goodman unit based on its usage of R-32. Tim provided me several very competitive estimates on based on SEER rating. Again, he took the time to explain how more expensive 2 stage pumps and variable speed air handlers would be beneficial in the humid panhandle environment. The installation went quick and has the appearance of professionally well done. They started at 830am and by 3pm that day the new AC was quickly cooling the house down. The lower humidity level in the house makes it feel cooler than the old system at the same temperature. The new Goodman is extremely quiet inside and outside the house. There is a noticeable difference in condenser size and the air handler blower motor compared to the old Carrier system. The summer days are busy for these guys and he was still able to make it out and get my family and I taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend them if you ever need your HVAC worked on or replaced. I appreciate you Tim! EDIT: since I can’t write a separate review, recently we had a huge snow snow storm, (for the area). The next day, our heat went out. To no fail, Tim, the owner, after going out to Destin with the icy roads to help another customer came and knocked out our heat issue too. I called Tim at Accurate Air Solutions, and they installed a mini-split system for me a year ago. My central HVAC recently went out, so I decided to get it completely replaced. I called Tim again, and he provided 5 star service as usual. He inspected my current equipment, duct work and did airflow calculations to make sure my new system would be compatible. Tim and his crew returned and replaced my entire HVAC system. My house cools (and heats) so much better than it has in the past. If you need HVAC repair, Accurate Air Solutions is the only company to use.

Tim at Accurate Air has been very helpful over the past several years. He replaced our unit in a previous home and serviced it annually, all at a reasonable price. We moved into our new home and had issues with our HVAC. Tim came out and inspected it to determine the problem. Since it was under warranty, we had the install company fix the issue. Once the HVAC was out of warranty, we went back to Accurate Air for all our HVAC issues. Tim is easy to work with and honest.
