Tim at Accurate Air has been very helpful over the past several years. He replaced our unit in a previous home and serviced it annually, all at a reasonable price. We moved into our new home and had issues with our HVAC. Tim came out and inspected it to determine the problem. Since it was under warranty, we had the install company fix the issue. Once the HVAC was out of warranty, we went back to Accurate Air for all our HVAC issues. Tim is easy to work with and honest.

This business is top notch. I had my new AC installed by Tim and his coworker John a few years ago and they did great work. On time, professional, all of the above. Fast forward to today. I reached out to Tim because my unit wasn’t working correctly and he called me not even 10 minutes later and took care of me that day. EDIT: since I can’t write a separate review, recently we had a huge snow snow storm, (for the area). The next day, our heat went out. To no fail, Tim, the owner, after going out to Destin with the icy roads to help another customer came and knocked out our heat issue too. Icy Roads didn’t deter Tim and Accurate Air Solutions from taking care of their customers. They go above and beyond. Thanks Tim!

Met Tim at a local supply shop while looking for a hard to find motor and he hooked me up with one he had on hand for a good price. He offered to do the full install for a 1/4 of the cost other big name companies were quoting. I did the motor swap myself but he gave me tips on install and was super helpful.
